Long Lake Concierge provides premium home watch, arrival preparation, and property care services for seasonal homeowners across the Bridgton and Sebago Lakes region of Maine. From bi-weekly property inspections and storm monitoring to seasonal openings, grounds preparation, and trusted on-the-ground labor, we keep your second home ready, secure, and lived-in — even when you're hours away.
We're built for homeowners who can't always be there: professionals and families who want to arrive to a stocked, spotless, dock-ready house, and leave knowing a local team is keeping watch through every season. No long-term contracts, no call centers — just a dependable pair of hands that already live on these lakes.
Long Lake Concierge is founded and run by Abbie and Kurt, year-round Maine residents who live on these lakes and answer their own phones. We built this because we needed it ourselves, and we run it the way we'd want our own property cared for: reliably, personally, and with no one to pass the buck to.
A note from the founders

I'm Abbie. I grew up on Long Lake, and I watched my mom and dad spend their weekends hunting down reliable help — a landscaper who never showed, a dock guy who ghosted, a cleaner who cancelled the morning of. It was always the same story: the only people who actually followed through were the ones we already knew.
That's why my husband, Kurt, and I started Long Lake Concierge. Kurt is the one our friends and family have called for years when something actually needed to get done — a dock pulled in October, a storm-damaged shed repaired, a property opened up before a holiday weekend. We realized the thing our lake neighbors needed most was a single local team that shows up, every time, the way Kurt always has for us.
Too many families we know drive up for the weekend and spend half the trip cleaning, fixing, and coordinating instead of swimming. We built this so your time at the lake is actually your time at the lake.
